Or you can:

Online Form for Club Registration:btyfc.com-registrationforms
Click to use the BTYFC online registration form where you can enter all the player’s details and print the form out from the site.

The online form is our preferred way of you registering, as our system will capture all the details, which will save the hard-working registration secretaries from having to type them all into our database.

N.B. Remember, filling it in online does not complete the registration process, you still need to print it out and sign the form. Also, this is not your league registration, which will need to be completed using the paper form below, this is just your club registration.

Somerset FA will be running a brand new ‘Veterans League’ at Writhlington School, Radstock as of May 2009.

The League will run on a flexible format at the end of the normal football season, therefore it will run as an out of season summer League.

For more information please contact Brendan Dix on 01761 410287, 07966778420 or email brendan.dix@somersetfa.com

Jeremy Nash and Steve Johnston are your BTYFC unofficial contacts for info about the Vets league.

Some further info from Jeremy:

The league would run May till end of August so we get to play in nice weather and there will be a maximum of 6 teams in the league.
It will be a totally flexible league where no results are kept and people play for the enjoyment of it.
You can play 8,9,10 or 11 a side.
25, 30 or 35 minutes each way – longer if both teams agree.
You are allowed 2 players under 35 in each team.
Roll on roll off substitutes.
Matches Saturday mornings or afternoons.
Matches will be refereed by proper officials where possible but as it is a friendly match ( though competitive in wanting to win and show some skills) anyone who volunteers can do it.
No bookings or sending offs – anyone who takes it that seriously shouldn’t be playing really but they will be told to be substituted.
No need for official kits, as bibs will be available.
We already have enough people for 3 teams so if there is anyone out there who would either like to enter a team or wants to register their interest in playing please reply to this email.
I would also like to make it a social occasion where both teams bring some food and drink and have a get together after the match for a short while. We will see what people want to do on that score though.

For further information, visit the Somerset FA web site, where you will also find an Invitation Letter (Word doc.) and a Promotional Poster (Powerpoint doc.) available from the site.

The FA has launched a campaign, sponsored by the world’s favourite fast food company, to offer 160 free places to mums to get a grass roots coaching qualification under their belts.

The application form is here:

We can never have enough qualified coaches in the club, even if you don’t end up running a team, your support and ability to deputise for your team’s manager will be a huge asset to the club. Please let the club (via your team’s manager) know if you are going ahead with an application.

The FA has updated its Mini-Soccer Laws, please visit the FA web site by clicking on the image below or on the following link: http://www.thefa.com/GrassrootsNew/Player/Postings/2008/05/MiniSoccerLaws.htm
